If you release for example once in 10 days, 2-3 weeks or even months, it's not a big deal and it's not a problem. It's not that easy for the most powerful creative energy to be depleted, in a situation like the example I gave. I used to be harsh on my self, but then I examined. How old are you, if I may ask? Cause if you're in your early 20ties, it could be very good, but that dense shakti combined with youth, is a dragon. To mitigate and prevent the worst forms of failed-transformations into pathological projections one MUST use bhakti. It's sine qua non, bhakti in some form has to be used. It's either bhakti as a devotion, or concentration with such determination and persistence, that it creates its own bhakti, even when it's caused by dharana purely. In early youth, with such aggressive force, IF the proper approach is found and sustained, the abundant amount of shakti that is created, clarity that is being generated is immense and there is no substitution for it. the best way to do this is to turn away from it with a firm stance and determination - fighting with it will not be possible. Your Ishta devata must be placed into your heart instead of the object of lust. Please, do not punish yourself and know you WILL fail many times and punishing yourself for that by feelings of guilt, shame or similar reactions will only create additional karma on top. It is unnecessary/ better os top steer away from excessive use and slowly increasing the gaps while maintaining clarity and relaxation. Read a lot of devotional literature, worship a deity, devolop relation and you may get your specific questions resolved in dreams, vision or higher intuition. - one thing to understand is, that when a sadhak plugs the ventil, the excess energy that is being generated needs clear passage, but when those lower chakras are full of unresolved stuff, this energy will get blocked. It's like a gun with the barrel being welded shut. at one point it explodes, in an uncontrolled fashion. Body doesn't know what to do with that amount of energy, it's not ready for that. release is OK as long as it is understood as a way of preventing the explosion - meanwhile, you may pray, ask your deity to help you purify the lower chakras (below anahata) and lead you. Honest heart is always heard by the divine if it cries in desperate attempt to be heard. SOMETIMES mother Prakriti arranges very interesting experiences, if this sort of attempts are persistent and last for many years. Sometimes you may fit into the correct conditions and all cerrated wheels will lock perfectly in. What may and often does result is beyond words. At those times the divine temporarily descends and you become the divine as in avesham. your body will be entirely in excessive bliss, in a dry orgasm that lasts and lasts... meanwhile in your head you are Shiva. this can't be imagined, useless to even try. brahmacharya sometimes, if ti is to be, serves as a specific cry into the higher lokas or realms with devis and dakinis. they may come in a pure form, or in a form of a female human. In later stages, gaps will become longer without excessive tension and byproducts. It is possible, but it is an alchemical process of sorts, not a mechanical matter and it takes a genius level approach to finally nail it. this genius also takes some time to manifest.

Yes you are right. I wanted to transfer from wasting sexual energy (porn and partner) and it worked! I started to have even more disciplined mind and body. I did this so often that i no longer need to visit that site. I focused on what i want therefore transfering that bonus energy into that. (dreamed cars, money, succes, health, wealth...) Then i also became more happy and more giving (to others in need). I brought the feelings from the future to the present. I wake up every day like a newborn. I'm always thankful for everything i have and will have. I always ask for one more exciting day to live. I've cooked my meal (dreams) using the recipe (law of attraction). Transfered sexual energy helped.

Namaskaar, First of all Maiyaa is a Guru in a female form. A Guru on an Aasana is both a male and a female. Secondly, Maiyaa is talking about sexual energy and not Kundalini energy. They are 2 different things. You can check many videos of Maiyaa on Kundalini Maa. Also, I have practically experienced what Maiyaa is teaching. One can actually pull up the energy and transmute. My “kundalini disturbance” was triggered by a sexual experience with this particular “twin flame” type of a person that was MAGNETIZED to my life from seemingly nowhere !!! “He wasn’t my type “ What Followed was equivalent of going through hell - the yearning for him was INTENSE and uncontrollable, especially since I’ve never been prone to romantic obsession with people. The yearning that seem to have had a life of its own, was for something indescribable and divine, as if just a thought of him would catapult my consciousness into another dimension, indescribable with words, a state of bliss and luminescence with a hint of eternity, to say the least, but VERY different from romantic infatuation- yearning to be one with God and source and the essence of all things, itself. And when he left, I felt like I was cut off from my connection with God and my own soul and fell in to an abyss unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, and was terrified that I couldn’t find my way out, or I’d like to put it “my way back home”. I fell into despair. Where is it before I met him I actually felt quite connected with my spiritual path and faith. Absolute horror to Suddenly feel something so much more intense, and then to experience it vanish, all in the midst of Covid lockdowns and the mass psychosis of the crowds. If anyone could’ve described hell to me, I was definitely in it after the kundalini fusion. This magnetism between us was what eventually led to me having a kundalini disturbance triggered by a sexual experience between us. The so called “orgasm” was like a nuclear fusion and the two of us completely fused as one, swimming in some other dimension all together. It felt like taking a sip from a fountain of eternal bliss and realizing that I was thirsty for that energy since I was a child. This is to say that our fusion was a gateway to the source (hard to put into words) and more of a satori moment than anything sexual or sustainable by a romantic relationship. After this- even though he lived far away physically, and wasn’t staying in touch with me, I knew and felt his thoughts, and as if I could remote view everything that he was doing, and who he was with. This was extremely disturbing to me because I actually didn’t wanna know and I didn’t want to be one with him, especially if he didn’t want to be with me at all and ran away. But I could barely tone down the kundalini disturbance and get grounded. Let alone turn off the psychic aspect of the connection. Out of this frustration of being out of control came the type of wrath from me that I’ve never felt before ether , which also was terrifying. All of this was just hell hell hell. And it’s been taking four years to slowly even make sense of both the kundalini disturbance and the twin flame. Finally, it is surrendering as a practice in an of itself that is bringing about some relief Even though I’m afraid that if I surrender to it once again, he will come back and this whole thing will start all over again, and I don’t want to go through it again - I don’t wish to feel that yearning, and I do not wish to go through the kundalini disturbance again. Yet the memories of it, and the residue still haunts me as if I haven’t completed the “lesson”. Id much rather y my connection with the divine And strangely, it seems that I’m slowly getting to that point - even finding this video suggests that I am naturally moving in that direction

You'll "feel" it. Though that "feeling" is different for every person. There in lies the difficulty in explaining that feeling. The easiest exercise I could recommend is to pick a body part and try to focus on that part all day every day. Like a hand or as she said heart. I don’t know if I’m transmuting, or suppressing, all I know for sure is that I’m not releasing. My current life circumstances result in extremely limited privacy. I have a question…I can’t remember where I read it, but I read that the build up of pressure can result in a “substance” secreting from your nose. I’m not trying to be funny. It would actually explain why certain erotic thoughts give me a sneezing attack. Has anyone else ever heard of the nose secretion thing?
