This is called khada Prasad in North especially made in gurudwara. They make with sugar . All Sikhs make Khada Prasad in their religious functions

Deekshithar side and Agnihotri side they celebrate Mahashivrathri in a very grand way, we offer Prasadam in the previous day with this haluva, sweet potato kheer, different varieties of poha and fasting starts from dwadahsi second half until chaturdasi first half … mahashivrathri is the day where lord Parameswara created this universe hence, 3 days upavasa along with night bhajans and katha will add more boon to our lives… Our traditional festival always adds glory ness to our lives and nourish us for our livelihood We should enjoy every single celebration with more devotions and understanding of the festival. Sharing our happiness within our relatives and seeking blessings from our senior relatives and spreading the happiness with love to our neighbors is the real feast and peace 🎉❤
