Egg white പഞ്ചസാര യിൽ നന്നായി കുഴച്ച ശേഷം നന്നാറി സിറപ്പിൽ ചേർത്ത് തിളപ്പിക്കുക, egg വൈറ്റ് പഞ്ചസാരയിലെയും, നന്നാറി യിലെയും അഴുക്ക് വലിച്ചെടുക്കും, ഇത് തിളച്ച് വരുമ്പോൾ മുകളിൽ അഴുക്കിന്റെ പത പൊന്തി അടിഞ്ഞു വരും, അതെല്ലാം കോരി കളഞ്ഞാൽ മതി egg വൈറ്റ്ന്റെ അംശം ഒട്ടും ബാക്കി വരരുത്, എല്ലാം കോരി കളയണം. അഴുക്കെല്ലാം മാറിയ നല്ല സിറപ്പ് കിട്ടും 😊
