Kamlesh and Atul visited a very interesting EV workshop in the Cinchwad area of Pune - Northway Motorsport who specialises in converting ICE Vehicles to Electric vehicles and also have battery upgrades for Mahindra e2o Electric Car.
In this video, we find out about battery upgrades for Mahindra e2o Electric Car. We took a test drive in hilly terrain on an upgraded 5+ year old e2o. We also visit and showed the upgrade to ex Mahindra Reva Battery Head who's company now is making LFP batteries for electric scooters and also document his recommendations.

Can you confirm the Gst and fitting costs too ? Also checking the 3 prices, I got 1Kwh battery price around Rs 11,000 and Integration charges around Rs 50,000. So can we buy an old e2o plus second hand and get the battery replaced ? How much would it cost ? Is it practical ? Or is it better to get the upcoming Mahindra eKUV100 assuming it's real range is closer to 200km and it's base variant costs around 8 lakhs ?

Hi Hemank I have a E20 plus car from 2017 ,I'm from Kolkata...my range is now 80km as shown in cluster board....but actually getting 64 km with A.C in road after change of 3 module of battery and one aux battery....even my steering is also two hard after servicing from Mahindra service centre...plz suggest and guide... Interesting, hope in future we all get range extender on rent for weekends. Can you please make one video of recycle ♻️ Rechargeable Batteries 🔋 , where is done ? Which company is doing it ? How we all can help to collect and send rechargeable Battry to them so it can be recycled.

An EV battery usually has a life of 8+ years in a car and then another 6 years as second life. Only after 12-13 years u think about recycling. There have been recycling efforts done by IIT labs and technology transfer has been done to some companies. Let us see when they begin operations. Market is limited. You should focus on owning an EV in meanwhile :)

In evs if I'm at a trafic stop and I don't accelerate, I won't be using any. And when I go at 80 kilometres per hour, I'll be using a lot of energy. So if I drive at 40 kilometres per hour would I get a longer range??? As compared to me driving driving it at 80. What is the optimal driving speed to get the longest range, not considering regen.
