There is no second opinion about the fantastic product that Mahindra under the leadership of Mr Velusamy has brought to the Indian EV market. But Mr GS should have asked him about how well the service team is equipped with handling the car in case of any malfunction. With so much electronics inside the car what will be the service cost involved in case of any replacement? What's the vehicle warranty in terms of the electronics equipment? As the vehicle itself is around 20 lakhs onroad, what is the warranty of the tyres? There are so many questions that an end user has in mind. But unfortunately none of the youtubers are ready to ask. Why are these youtubers behaving like a fanboy? Of course I have the greatest regard for Mr Velusamy. Surely given a chance to meet him, I will pose all these questions that are lingering in my mind.

@@Tklshriram71 For Service Issues and Support,Each Born Electric And XE Series buyer will be allotted with an dedicated Relationship Manager to handle all those service supports which will be industry first. Then as for as mechanics and warranty,We had a Convo with Mr.Vikram sir of M&M which,will be published on next video.

Instead of calling Mr.velusamy sir(actually any one only required) you could tell in tamil திரு.வேலுசாமி அண்ணா அவர்கள் அல்லது ஐயா அவர்கள் என்று அழைக்கலாம்..if this is fully in English, it is another matter but still one Mr or sir is ok
