kuv is best in this category... in the price of hachback you get more what a hachback can offer.. plus motorbeam did not addressed features of convenience like puddle lamps which is very useful at night. plus kuv also offers abs with ebd even on base model which is never seen in this segment. we should appreciate indian car manufacturers. surely kuv will not disappoint its customers.

True Tuber, truely said true tuber, DDiS engine might be the best engine, this video is from driver's point of view, Swift doesn't has good head room at rear. and in KUV 6 ppl can seat, it's fine, no fine you I'll need to pay if just a one person is extra there. DRL is good from safety point of view as you become more visible to other drivers.

First of all, I do not agree with your review. And result is as expected from you. I have seen our XUV review also and i know you like outdated abroad company's models than new made in India vehicles. My passion is to drive and review different cars. I have driven KUV, Swift and I10. But i would say, KUV is best option available around 5-6 lacks. Those who dislike this, Just take test drive and understand new approach from Mahindra.. Pros 1. SUV kinda driving position 2. 6 people can seat ( this is big + in India for middle class) 3. Muscular design ( way better than Swift design which is popular in India) 4. Good Leg and head room ( Swift is total fail here, I10 is ok) 5. Sufficient power and milage and good torque for diesel 6. ABS and EBD standard ( Moto beam has not talk about this, just show in feature list.) Cons - 1. Mahindra should go with 15 inch for base and 16 inch tire for top variant 2. Ground clearance should be minimum 185 mm Overall this is nice option. Mark my words, "This car will hit Indian market. "

Not passing NCAP crash test criteria. So 6th seat additional advantage in case required.. Also provide ABS and EBD as standard. its big thing in this segment in safety front. Crossovers are common in Europe. Check the design and specifications clearly. It almost competitive design which m&m made it possible in India. In future we can expect a better design as they are bought Italian designing company which disigned Ferrari. Mahindra is Made in India, it does not have to share money with international companies. I did not find much difference in terms of seed, Just a second slower! No one's going to take it to a race track. As per my opinion, Mahindra maches closely to other cars, also its super awsome design. I would suggest Mahindra anyday. It is so cool that you take review comments so positively. :) I own a grand i10. Till now, the car performance is really good specially at low gears and the service also is very responsive. I saw KUV 100 at expo. The front looks so awesome but it doesn't have any boot space plus the material inside doesn't feel very rich but the best part of KUV100 is its seating options and the SUV look. Good Job with the review guys. The VBOX tests really give an insight into the how the Car will turn up in the long run. Overall it is a disappointment for KUV100 's engine performance. This is where the Maruti and Hyundai truly shine.

Well you must be knowing that kuv is based on monocoque chassis same as xuv 500 which scored 4 stars in global ncap.also mahindra is offering so many safety features like abs,ebd as standard,automatic hazard lamps on panic breaking.airbag as an option even on base variant.other common features like seat belt warning feature is already there.also you can feel strength of the body and it was proved in the recent accident i saw of kuv where the car had 4-5 rollovers and still the cabin was intact and the passengers escaped with minor injuries.

Real time Kuv100 Diesel engine is far powerful compare to Swift and i10, no match in the highways.. As a real car owner Kuv is very powerful and very fast. Video is biased, doesn't show practical things. only disadvantage is KUV aerodynamics , body roll is more.

During the first launch of KUV1OO last month, I have drive both the variant(petrol and Diesel). The Diesel is more power than the Petrol variant. Mahindra providing the ABS on all the variants is commendable, as safety comes first. The front middle seats is not preferable, though at times can be used for accommodating during emergency or extra passenger. I would prefer the six seater than the five seater as it could give me hand rest for changing and shifting the joystick gear which is unique remains me of olden days ambassador car as to mentioned a few, though the different style of gear shift and hand brakes will take time to get use to, but its ok. The back seats are comfortable. The car dicky is little smaller. The music system is monochrome, Mahindra could have done better. The tyre rim is 14 inch. Everyone have different point of views and choice, no offence to anybody. I have booked it and buying it. No man is perfect and even cars are same. Thanks to everyone.

Oh Sir, Man the i10 is so short and is almost for people of 5"2,5"7 and the swift has no space between the front and back seat. Plus the KUV is width is more longer than those "I10" "Swift" Man I am about 5'7 but yet I can sleep on the backseat without keeping the legs on the glasses. Also The height of the seats the spaciousness and The Comfort is what matters. You can say for example that"I own a Lamborgini but I can't sit in it as I don't fit" The gear is at the Hand Reach and not at the leg where you are afraid that every time your leg hits it. Most of all you need to know is that DONT REVIEW THE CARS ON THE FRONT OF IT. KUV IS SPORTY AND AWESOME AND VERY COMFORTABLE. I brought KUV100... It is pretty fine. Those who want spacious car in hatchback go for Kuv100... If speed is concern in just matter of seconds.. I agree KUV lags other two... But still its was matter of few seconds not more than that.. That hand rest for driver and pinion seat. And middle seat can also be used for hand rest is one of the best no one offers so far... I took my parents at back.. They were very comfortable with arm rest... KUV is good car.

In the speed test the litres of petrol /diesel should have been considered, same litres of petrol/diesel shall be inserted to find the exact results but it has been seen that the amount of petrol/diesel vary from each car, moreover price factor plays an important role, i10 grand is not value for money swift/Kuv100 is. Bad suggestion.
