This is where I bought my 26Max. Great video, I watched a couple others and couldn't hear most of what the guys were saying.

Are the backhoe connections identical between the Max 24 and Max 26?

what holds the 3point lift arms up ???
@tractorbrothers13617 жыл бұрын
Good question, Phil. Sorry for the delayed response. On this model, there is a bracket, referred to as an "arm retainer," that slides over the tractors drawbar. The lift arms are then pinned to that bracket.

Hi. Where do u find the third hose on the tractor once the backhoe has been disconnected,,? We can find the two that are connected together but not the single one. Place where we bought it from will not give us any help.

LOL No1 warning in the destructions is "do not attempt to operate unless sitting in operator's seat"

That’s great, until you let the backhoe sit for an extended amount of time; you come install in back on, the damn thing is laying on the ground because of hydraulic bleed off.

You're right about that! I got a lightweight, low-profile floor jack and a set of jack stands just for my backhoe. I only need my backhoe a few times a year. Leaving it in it's own 3-point stance won't hold up between uses for me. Still, I love my MAX!

CaptainZap79 s floor jack is a great idea. I set mine on blocks under the pivot point of the outriggers with all pressure off of the rigger. I also tilt the backhoe with the bucket and store it with the pin in place and it doesn’t go anywhere. That leaves it in the exact position/height to reinstall.

@@sao6785 OK, I think the pin is where I made my mistake. First time standing on its own the outriggers slowly gave way and it was on the floor. Second time I put jack stands under the outriggers like you did with the blocks, but I found it tipped over and back on the floor again! I guess the bucket curled under the weight. Maybe if I had curled the bucket all the way and pinned the arm it would have remained stable. I'll be hooking it up again in a couple of weeks. When I'm done digging, maybe I'll get the combination right this time! Thanks for the tip!

Useless, assumes everyone has a level parking lot and doesn't even drive away from tractor to show how all the bars etc are mounted.

Give him a break! Instead of being a wise ass, just remind everybody to get to as level ground as possible. Let us all know when you post a video to show it differently. Oh wait, it's been 3 years! Ha!!!!!

This vid was even less helpful than the character from the dealer and he owned the company. I feel Mahindra should be more selective in chosing their dealers, Foothill Tractor isn't a company I'd chose to deal with again.l
