Mahindra Mojo Vs Bajaj Dominar what is My Take?

I am now using the Mahindra Mojo at Bangalore, and I would like to share my feedback about the Bike and also a major difference between the Dominar. The Mahindra Mojo is undoubtedly one of the best bikes in the 300-400 cc segment, Decent Power, Decent Mileage, comfortable bike and above all bellow 2 lakhs, what else do you need from a bike? But wait there is something more, there is Bajaj Dominar which is almost 20K cheaper then the Mojo, and better power and ABS and what not... Now lets see which is a better bike?

I see the following advantages of Dominar - 1.) Relatively good brakes 2.) Lights 3.) More nimble in the city. Apart from that I think that the Mojo outscores the Dominar. Power wise, Dominar is a 400 cc bike and of course will be more powerful.

As per my experience don't keep pressing leg in brake pedal.That creates heat in brake pads .it is not normal brake pad .it is j juvan brake sets. It has its own perfection. When brake pad become hot braking will less. Try to practice it .when necessary then only apply brake pedal. 90 Percent people always keep legs pressing the pedal .And try to use front brake also.

All manufacturers should feel same by looking at this bike's fuel tank..21 litres approx that qualifies it as a tourer, all of these manufacturers say it's a tourer this that what goos is a tourer without good range the only think i hate in this bike is the braking, abs is not there even proper brakes are absent... I hope mahindra launches mojo v2 with abs and reduced weight too....

I recently did Kolkata to Cuttack and back with my Dominar 400. It is a ride of moderate distance of 419 KM. The D400 is an excellent product from Bajaj. I love riding this machine.

Sir agar tecnology me kuch advances a raha h to hum ye bol ke deny nhi kar sakte ki pehle to hum uske bina jee rahe the to ab kyu nahi. I know a person who knows how to ride a bike properly can control both types of bikes but ABS is a saviour,you will feel that when you are riding at high speed or on wet roads.

I use mahindra centuro. It a good bike. Comfortable ride, Braking good, low maintenance and from average point of view it's a good product of mahindra. It's 126 kg weight gives smooth ride on highway. Overall I found it's a good bike compare to other bikes of this segment.

I love Mojo ..but due to practical reason I married Dominar. I'm a big fan of Mojo engine and the riding posture..I loved it. If Mahindra can come up with updated bike it really gonna blow the market

I disagree on the brakes. I feel the brakes are good on the mojo especially 2017 version. I feel the bite is quite nice. On the Dominar however I felt it was lesser in brake bite. Thanks for the video, the voice over quality was a little off in this one though.

Bulu biker, I have 2 questions regarding D400 1. What is the max speed it can achieve in each gear? 1St, 2nd, 3Rd, .... 6th me kitna speed tak jati hai? 2. Do we need to shift gears frequently in heavy traffic?

Upendra W No you don't need to change gears frequently. The Torque really helps in traffic and city conditions. Believe me or not I sometimes forget to put my Dominar in first gear and started riding from second gear even when I'm with a pillion and it has happened a couple of times. I can't tell you which speed you can reach in every gear but once I did got 93 km/h on third gear.

Hi July Bhai.. the break master cylinder is old. Hence u r feeling the drum break issue. Please ride the bike with new master cylinder which mahindra has launched . It has apt breaks. Perfect for the bike. ( you are absolutely perfectly about the weight management it is and on the mojo. The new version of Mojo is a carb version. The exhaust of newer is said to be raised a bit too.

Hi sir sure you can buy it, plz refer to the service center once if it is possible, u just have to check only if the bike has not faced any accidents, else everything else should be great for just a 2200kms ridden bike.

I love my Dominar 400 Abs matte black and it's a mean machine with jaw dropping performance. It's a super machine, a way more better than mojo. Vibrations are zero even at 118kmph after ECU update. Super refined than ktm 390 and similar to Mojo

+Rohit Kumar hi buddy quality wise definitely duke 250, but again that is also a new bike so we never know... Dominar is a real good bike, and problems are unpredictable... Because I am using the bike for so many days and still didn't face any issues... But some ppl are facing issues.. thats a luck thing bro.. but out of duke 250 n dominar i think u should select dominar for the torque, abs and low maintenance
