I recently bought Venue even being the least power figures in the segment. People suggested me to go for nexon and xuv300. No doubt these products have better performance than Venue in terms of power but when it comes to after sales services, there is a drastic gap. At Hyundai service center the staff is keen to know about every problem and satisfies with the best of the solutions they can provide because they have a hierarchy of accountability and the ratings after every service is important to them. They never fail on delivering best services because of it.

Well, most of the times it is good but one time I had worst and unthinkable experience.. Hyundai service center stole my diesel around 20-25 lit. I was lucky enough that before hand over of vehicle I took photographs of speedometer and when I received vehicle after servicing, I cross checked.. To my surprise, kms were reasonably same but fuel scale was 4-5 points down… Upon asking CCTV footage, they got to know where matter is leading and can be escalated, they asked me to forgive them and refilled my tank with 25 lit diesel.

I was talking to my dad to buy bolero for city use and my friend was also going tomorrow morning to book XUV700 and ScorpioN to use it for business purposes but thankfully they are making a move to a different brand now, thanks for your video. By the way I own a Volkswagen, and that's better than Mahindra.

Completely understand your frustration Sir, Both Tata and Mahindra doesn't care about customer's at all. on Every service they want to sell you something and never listen to your problem. Brother i have tata harrier. Before owning a TATA i used to think that same. But after experiencing their after sale service, I must say they actually listen to you and they are very curious on getting the problems fixed professionally.

My whole family saw this episode and we can feel your pain. Feeling sad for you. This is cheating with customers, if faulty cars are being delivered. Any project is a team work and if one department/section is unable to deliver the results, the entire project fails.

Had a bad experience with booking thar in Mumbai nbs international andheri. I have so much proof ....including call recordings and chats..but it's a waste of time to go after shir companies. People are busy and have no time to indulge wasting time pursuing issues with Mahindra Best is suzuki or suzuki jimny . Second best is tata in Desi brands.

In KIA service is better as they are new in the market but still they have sold 10 lakh total cars in 46 months in India & their service is still good. They listen to all problems and are very much concerned about customer satisfaction and customer’s feedback

This is what happened to me at Tata’s service centre. Luckily my car is 5 year old. So I got it serviced from outside from a good mechanic. Not buying Indian company car again. Other car is from Hyundai and after sales service is excellent

Those who purchased cars only based on "Crash Test" rating face problems related to product and service. Lastly they sell their respective products. ☺️☺️☺️

This is the reason why people go for the Fortuner. Big Daddy bolne say kuch nahi hota. Fortuner is ruling this segment because their SUV'S are durable and reliable. They treat customers like a king. If you have that much money go for the Fortuner you will never regret your decision trust me!

Now a days ...the automobile companies launch the vehicles with a low price tag.....but actual game is by delay delivery of vehicles and charging a higher price at the time of delivery which is not advertised by them.....the agencies also charge extra premium for early delivery and they harass people who have booked vehicle and are waiting patiently.....very sad state of affairs....

Same happened with me..I booked xuv700 for 25.50 lakhs. Now the price of same model is 26.95 lakhs..finally I cancelled the booking and bought safari ..very much happy now..

I have cancelled my Scorpio N Z4 4*4 bookings. Moving to some other brand now. Refund initiated. Kaushik ji if customer service department is not able to satisfy a customer like you, then no use being the same brand. Go the showroom like MGs . Their staff are so sensible and caring . Seems educated ones . Becouse these companies care for their customers as they are new in the market. In brands like Maruti Mahindra Tata I don’t why they all seems very illiterate 😹behave like attitude as showroom is their home .

These Indian manufacturers have sold so many cars in a very short span and it is getting difficult for the existing service centres to cope up with the increasing number of cars coming in for service. I bought a Tata Nexon in 2019 and experienced good service from the Tata service centre near my house in Mumbai. However, from last year or so I have seen that waiting times have increased in the service centre and sourcing spare parts has also become a problem

This all Indian, non-india, Chinese etc doesn't matter. We all deserve a quality product and after sales service for our hard earned money we spend. Go for something which offers both. I myself have been victim of Mahindra mess, that too before sale. I moved to MG Hector and it as an amazing decision, they had really good sales and service with a very good product.

Totally agree. Had to sell my 4 yr old, 30k kms run XUV500 because of same reason. Since 3 years they could not solve AC cooling problem. Everytime during service they try to sell unnecessary things like teflon coating, interior shampoo etc. at exhorbitant prices. They are least bothered to solve the actual customer problems.

I had to wait for 6 hours for my first service to be done, which only took them less than 20 minutes. I totally agree with you that their customer service is bad. Seems like their success has become their arrogance, which is the beginning of end for any customer centred organisation. Your videos are usually very peppy and on the good side, and I feel they must have really tripped you badly for you to say those things for the car that you love so dearly. I hope you're able to get this resolved somehow.

@@salpar74 Sadly, that is true. The after sales service in India has a lot of opportunity area. When it comes to sales, most companies provide a very good experience (I'd like to quote MG), but to be honest, Mahindra did a poor job in that as well. They messed up my experience and I straightened it up at the highest level because I did not settle with mediocre services. The only good part about this exercise was that I got my car delivered in 1 month after booking (though it showed a year and half of waiting) ;)

Uncle is saying an absolute truth. We surely can't buy Mahindra & Tata cars till next 7-8 years. No hate towards our indian car companies but it's a fact that they launch the cars without a long term R&D. They launch faulty cars with gimmicky features but 50% of their cars fail to perform & unfortunately end up in the service centers. Sadly the service center also fails to resolve your issues. I received my Thar with fully scratched glasses on the delivery day. When I refused to receive the car they promised me they will replace my glasses with new as soon as possible. Now almost 7 months now and no response from mahindra.

*Bhai mere ghar wale because of this types of problems in TATA & MAHINDRA ki gaadi nhi le rahe hai and last year TATA safari top model liya bhi puri gaadi defective thi and gaadi before the delivery was not starting and in 2 Months after buying 30 lakhs car front shockers was changed and one I was in traveling I slowed the car and electronic praking brake got activated and that also in gadchiroli fully naxalite place and at night 1:30 AM and when I call to service center they told that's your problem you should do the solution because this types of insult we sold that worst car in just 5 month because we buyed car for our family use but that car was mostly in service center in every month for 15 days 10 days like this so we sold that car and buyed Honda city 5th generation and I am having my 2 old Honda cars civic 2009 model and amaze 2014 model all 3 cars are best no complaints from Honda till know*

I have Tata Hexa and Ford Ecosport. Company india se jane k baad bhi Ford ki service etni zada acchi hai ki tata ki service se compare karke believe nahi hota. TATA Hexa No.1 lagti hai mujhe es segment ki but Tata ki service hadd se zada Ghatiya hai. Ye sab companies hume emotion sell krr rahe hain Make in india k name par enhe khud 1% fark nahi padta kisi se Fer TATA ho ya Mahindra.

All we learned from your case is to choose "service centre" over "brand" ... Because every car brand's service personnels are different ...

same tata. gaadi me koi bhi kaam ho gaadi shaam 7 bje hi milegi. ek bolt bhi tight krna ho to din bhar unke peeche pde rho tb shaam ho jaati h. n pado to dusre teesre din bulaate h. customer k liye kuch nhi isse achha alto lekr shaan se service lo.

Owning Scorpio or any indian brand car is more about sentiments but such incidents takes us back and forces us to think again. After Sales Service is something which our indian car manufacturers have to take it seriously.

Go the showroom like MGs . Their staff are so sensible and caring . Seems educated ones . Becouse these companies care for their customers as they are new in the market. In brands like Maruti Mahindra Tata I don’t why they all seems very illiterate 😹behave like attitude as showroom is their home .

You telling absolutely right just sell yours Mahindra Scorpio and make FD then this brand understand the customer feeling, don’t buy Mahendra vehicles. They just treat customers as a goat. If you need to purchase a car or SUV, this must be Volkswagen or some other multinational brand. Indian brands never touch customers feeling towards their vehicle. They just sell and make profit all the revenue they generate from their paid promotions.

Which company makes you wait for months to years to take delivery of your vehicle for their marketing gimmick (thinking customers are fools) and once it is delivered they start having problems from day one.. customers are not going to promote Indian brands just because we are Indians at the expense of our hard earned money.!! The only Indian vehicle I had was a Maruti Suzuki brand which was so long ago I don't even remember it. I moved to foreign brands because I wanted to have peace of mind especially when driving on Indian roads. I was initally impressed with the Scoprio Z4 and Z6 abd was considering it but thank you for this video I am defintely not buying Mahindra. As for Anand Mahindra he's only interested in issues and topics that increases his popularity and face value on social media platforms. Thank you so much for bringing this to light. This video should reach every Indian.

Don't record videos while driving..... You look Into camera while driving, this can lead to accidents and I feel it can have legal issues also. Get someone to drive if u want to record video while the car is on move.

I bought Skoda Slavia - it’s been 1 year now and its 10k driven now Been to skoda service centre for 3 times till now. 1. Some AC update was there - I got free in 30 minutes. 2. Noise was coming from down below - They checked and it was silencer issue (Which I actually rubbed it against a uneven patch) they just fixed it in 5-10 minutes 3. I went to buy some extra accessories from them - got it in 20 minutes. And they best part - They always greeted me like I have done some favour to them by buying their car. In first 2 cases - they Fixed the problems FREE of cost. [ I own a Maruti Suzuki too and Once I had to buy a nut bolt and get it fixed in bonnet - for which they took 5-6 hours ]

Definitely not a good experience. Sorry to see you like this. Even, with my Z4 4X4, I have this issue. And, I have been been ignorant about this issue. If you are taking any legal action against Mahindra, count me in. Issue chota ho yah bada, issue, issue hi hota. Mein shyad 10 baar toh ni, but 3 yah 4 baar toh gya hua, and usske baad laga ki inke bas ki nai hai isse theek karna. Mahindra should make a transparent open public portal, jahan sab issues (majorly faced by current owners) listed ho, and sab per progress kya hai mention ho. Kyonki ek service center ko yeh ni pta hota dusre center wale issue solve kaise kr rhe hai. Internal communication inka bekar hai. I can only expect normal service (engine oil change krna, yah fir normal kaam krna) from Mahindra Service. There is another issue in my car, a click sounds come while turning the car in low speed. Uska bhi koi issue ni hai. :) But usko bhi ignore kr dia hai maine after knowing it is not hurting the car. I would still say car is nice. But they should be more serious about the car. Issue agar solve ni ho parha, then they should tell us kab tak hoga. Even they ask 4 months or 6 months or 7 months, we wouldn't mind as these issues are not impacting the basic functionality of the car. Hopefully, Mahindra takes action against it. If legal action is planned, count me in. : )

But issue is with service staff. They aren't even checking the vehicle and telling it's due to aftermarket. They are behaving like they don't care . Either it's arrogance or incompetence.

This type of behaviour is usually seen by dealers in Gurgaon/NCR/Delhi . Nagpur has great employees.. But yes Make in India car brands can’t match German brands like skoda/vw etc
