Mahindra Thar Suspension Upgrade & A/T Tire Installation.

Finally installing an ironman 4x4 suspension in a Mahindra Thar.
This one is more of a levelling kit rather than a lift kit. Raises the front by 35/40mm and eliminates the droop in the front end and also makes space for better articulation.
This also takes care of the bouncy rear end at high speeds and in rough patches.
Have also experimented with a video in Hindi as well.

Hi Jaideep, what’s the impact of this on the front axle and steering angles? I installed proman 2inch lift kit without much research and it resulted in steering rod and axle breakage in an offroad middle of nowhere situation. I am running 33inch renegades on my Thar with steel wheels. Please do let me know if this addresses the angle issue. Thanks.

Waiting for atleast a basic comparison with ARC new kit with spring , keeping price point in mind, does any compariaon can be sorted out, its almost double the cost, iron man and these are hardcore,whereas in arc commit for road comfort. I was wondering if there are any air dampers for Thar or can be retrofitted on Thar that can lower the car height during highway driving and raise it again when we go offraod ?

Not really sir Those would be custom jobs, but a good kit with comfort rated spring should work well both on and off the road

This one was 1.10, currently two proper kit options available from Ironman4x4 and Toughdog as well. Those include all 4 shocks and springs as well.

HI Jaideep Sir, I'm tired of floor carpet in my car. Do you know anything about polyurea coating ? It is done inside of the car. I know this from ICON 4x4 youtube channel. I want to treat floor of my car with this type of coating from inside. Rear shocks right and left dont open up at same pace and that can create a tilt in vehicle , that could be a reason that vehicle bounces sideways on rough patch on higher speed

He has also mentioned that since Thar is an Indian vehicle, he has tried to keep the two most common languages in mind while making this video.
