Lehren was very interesting. Rem watching Bekudi back then. Was a modern film of those times and just got to see its Premiere so called Mahiratt those times in which Saif performed with Kajol. Wondered where's Sadanah! Lehren used to be original and amazing. Got to see the young faces of actors and Chintu also. Perhaps 80's and 90's were best in terms of changes in films , music. There was a major shift in the films from 80's moving to 90's then late 90's. Anyway, perhaps end of era rather Bollywood that are no more fun.

this film was great until now and was great modern movie in the 90's. Great soundtrack and i still listen to them often . One of my fav movie . Even the location was amazing in Canada and Delhi. Not sure why this movie never did well in box office. Different kind of love story plus with nice looking Actress and Actor.

Rahul Rawail, who made this movie, would generally work with Rahul Dev Burman (RD) for music.He made all his prior seven movies with RD. However, after the debacle of "Dacait", he left RD but continued working with Anand Bakshi sahab for lyrics. So, this is the wisdom (??) of Rahul Rawail that he thought RD was responsible for the failure of his movie. It was neither Rawail nor RD who contributed for the failure..It was a finest movie made ever. It was, rather, audience who didn't like the movie. But one thing was for sure, whoever (Rawail, Ramesh Sippy, Dev Anand,Raj N.Sippy, Rajendra Kumar, Nasir Hussain) left RD during his bad patch did not have a long term relationship with other music directors. "Karma" returns, and so their movies flopped too.
