How to renew Cisco certificates using Continuing Education Program (CE Credits)

Cisco Makes it so almost everything considered for CE Credits will cost More than just taking the Actual Exam again. For example, Instructor Led Training costs like $1000 bucks and almost nothing on Cisco University under the free Plan counts towards CE Credits. The next level above the Free Membership to Cisco University is like $1800. When you look at the cost for CE Cisco Makes it so Taking Another Exam is cheaper than doing CE.

If I get 30 points I get recertified on ccna? Don't need to take the new ccna exam?

you were not clear in how to renew ccnp (what is mean by take two concentrate exam, i already passed one to have ccnp . is passing another will renew?) , you read the doc but not explain it .

Thanks for sharing. I thought it's not required to take any exam/quiz/test if participating in this program but seems the Cisco Digital Learning will still test your knowledge upon finished a course. May i ask which method not required test/quiz/exam? Instructor Led training? Thanks

Do we have to pay to renew the certificate...even though we submitted the CE....

Once you submitted and received the CE credits, they will show up on the certificate tracking. If they fulfill the require number of CE credits to renew your certificate, then it will be renewed automatically. In this case, you do not have to pay anything.

I'm thinking about taking the Implementation and administering Cisco Solutions 1.0 to renew my CCNA. Can you do the CE course at your own pace or do you have to be logged into a classroom during a period of time? I'm just trying to figure out if I need to take time off from work for this.
