I was having a bad time and, one day, I found myself in Pizza Hut trying to drink / eat my sorrows away. The music being played was your usual, Radio 1 shit and I paid it little mind. Suddenly, out of nowhere, from the speakers I hear: "MAAAARIOOOOONN!" and I sat bolt upright. Yes. They played this theme tune, out of the blue, in a Pizza Hut restaurant. It cheered me right up, I tell you!

Crazy to think that this show first aired 25 years ago. It's as if the time has passed by in a blink. Personally, I was more into the cartoons such as MASK, Centurions, Thundercats, Visionaries etc etc. This show came along when they were starting to drum down the violence in cartoons during the late 80's and bring out more unisex stuff for the kids. This was like a Monty Python for kids.
