Good stuff man!! I keep wanting to pull the trigger on this one. I saw all those crashes so I didn’t. I’m having a blast with the eflite v1200. Do a prop upgrade and I got 204mph in a dive!!

Nice save. You seemed to flair too soon and with all that speed it balloned back up. That could have ended badly in a stall....you were right at the edge man. This is one plane you need to fly to touchdown. You can't bring that nose up to bleed off the speed like so many other EDFs. I think that's what's biting a lot of guys with this jet. I know my maiden landing didn't go so well either as my bad habits almost led to disaster. Fortunately i got off with some minor wrinkles, a busted main gear pin and a very bruised ego. Lesson learned. Next flight once the weather cooperates will see more discipline and attention on landing.

Okay sweet , yes out with the nervous things , intensity is defeat , you did good going into getting it as a ARF and putting the power set-up in there , but definitely needs much much more power. You did normal flying , being your power is way under power it is all over the place begging for a tipstall with any wrong move 😂 IT'S WAITING FOR THAT . 😂 UNDER POWER AND IT'S WISHING YOU WOULD TRY ANYTHING FISHY 😂😂😂😂

Okay cool , I was really thinking about getting this jet , but I have the 80mm an it took me sometime to getting it all together with the mods including. An before getting that 80mm one lol all the mods was WAY WAY WAY over the top 🤣. But this new one is smaller yes and a correction of what the big one should've been. Oh! and the swing arm linkage needs a washers in between the screw an that ball to keep the arm from snapping off of that ball joint , because I've seen afew problems with it staying snapped on so the washers keeps it seated from changing that they won't pop-off . I really may change my mind an get it but I'm liking the power setup in the RTF . I'm going to fav your channel and be seeing if more content comes up with this particular jet . I do like that it's all one battery, but the stall is because of the poor wingload, the body is good in the lift , but the wings doesn't hold the load , I know the landing mix with the 6% down t elevator an flaps is a must do thing in landing because it falls faster in the tip-stall with tomuch nose up in landing . Lol I been watching this new jet , again I like it but more reasonable to why I don't because of all I had to do to the big one to fly for me and me not let it fly me 🤣 . That 80mm was a monster to get together. An I definitely do not thank freewing for that headache that I payed all that money for . I spent all of $600 just an the power system, JP hobby breaks , afterburner . An that's just personal mods . This has nothing to do with how weak of the body structure modifications, wing plates for strong structure for the bake main gear , 🤣 the list gets much much worse . Freewing did use wrong on that 80mm Tomcat. Freewing has me spooked 🤣

@thomassullivan3703 Oh wow yeah the 80mm looks like an assembly challenge. It took me about 3 hours with the 64mm installing the power system bypassing the mixing board putting it together and programming the normal stuff in the TX plus add 10 mixing settings in the TX. 😤😆 It was my nightmare but in reality 😂😂
