Take SR 59 out of Hurricane Utah to Colorado City. After state line on Hwy 59 go 4.1 miles to Canebed Rd. Turn left on Cane bed Rd. After a sharp left curve the road becomes Rosy Canyon. We park at Elephant cove. It’s the trailhead with a bathroom on the left. Take trail 14 by the bathroom until you come road 10. Go right. Pick up 13 and stay on 13 until you get into the sand wash. The sand wash will take you up to the rocks. There will be an American flag at the top. !3 is a round about way so just look for the sand wash. Once in the wash you will find the rocks and flag. We don’t use GPS so cant give corordinates.
