Justin went through the same thing Caleb’s going through although Caleb is a superior player to Justin. Yeah , why take or interview a coach that has been to and won a SB ,that has been winning 12 plus games a year on two different teams regularly when the Bears can hire a coordinator that hasn’t the experience of leading and building an entire team and probably will take 2-4 years to break .500 in the division . It’s a crap shoot either way but I would lean towards the experience of the coach .
