I've followed the instructions exactly, have made sure the correct API key is running, and I'm using the WordPress Sign-ups plug-in but my pop-up is failing to run. I've run pop-ups successfully in the past but this one is not working. It's the first one I'm using in the new MailerLite version. Everything is turned on correctly but still, it's not popping up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

My pop up will only pop up on the TOP of my webpage. I want the pop up to be seen whereever they are in the scroll, how can I do that? Right now if a user is scrolled to 50% of the page, the pop up still pops up to the top of the page, so they don't see it at all.

How do you test the workflow repeatedly? I can do it once, but then the form won't take my email again, or I don't get another welcome email.

Hi Dana, in the workflow you need to check the box to allow subscribers repeatedly join the workflow. The workflow will be triggered only once for each unique subscriber by default. To find the box, go to Edit workflow > turn the workflow off > Click on the workflow trigger > find the check box on the right at the very bottom. Alternatively, if you have a Gmail email address, for example, [e-mail], add +something to the prefix. For example [e-mail], then when you test again, use [e-mail]. This way, we will consider your email address unique but you will still receive the emails in your Gmail inbox.
