Hi there, could you help me correct a mistake before I send my first newsletter next week? I never used this type of application before, so I am struggling to get to grips with everything. I designed, saved and did a test email to myself of the said newsletter and can see that the email has not replaced hi NAME with my real name. When I go back inside the campaign, I can see the Subject line as you demonstrate here with ($name) at the end BUT in the test email, my full name is at the end of the title when my only first name should appear next to HI. Am totally confused. There are no articles to correct this mistake. Thank you for assisting.

Hi Natalie 👋 To edit the unsubscribe message, click on the footer block in your newsletter, and click on the "Unsubscribe" tab that will appear on the right side. For social media icons, also on the right you can find the "Social Links" tab, where you can add relevant icons 😊

Does MailerLite purposefully restrict emails from being wider than 560px for legibility reasons? Not a complaint, just curious as to why there appears to be a cap in width.

Hi Sebastian, great question! 560x was chosen so the emails fit all the screens and email clients. For example, if Outlook users are viewing the email in three-column view, the size of the message area will be limited to roughly 600x. 😊

Hi Kavan, you can't add subscribers directly into the segment. But you can in some cases, depending on your segment conditions, make sure that subscribers will be a part of it. For example, if the segment rule is for subscribers to receive a certain email, you can send them this email and they will join the segment automatically.

I'm trying to send the mails, I've done everything as here, but it keeps messaging me when to send. For example, it says it will be sent at 04.00. When the time comes, it automatically sets it to a later date again. What is the reason for this? Is there a maximim sending constraint? Because I will send it to 200 subscribers, please help.
