Mailing and Shipping in Taiwan, Chinese and English Addresses

Here is one thing I've found that helps in shipping to Taiwan from the US. The USPS website (what I use to create my shipping labels) cannot accept Chinese characters, so now I create a separate address slip (with the English and Chinese addresses) and tape it to the box itself in a position that is relatively close the USPS address slip. There's another package being shipped pretty soon. :P

Hello, I am native resident from New Taipei City, Taiwan As a multinational businessman, I have seen the format of the first line of addresses and the format of apartment numbers in the United States and Western countries. Taiwan's address format is very special, but I can say that Taiwan's address format incorporates elements from many different places, just like Taiwan's society. Apartment abbreviation is Apt, Suite abbreviation is Ste, Floor abbreviation is Fl. So in the Taiwan, 5th Floor, if you don’t like to follow regular address format, you can write as 5th Floor, if you wanna follow the Residential or Business address rules, you will write as Apt or Fl. For the city and postal delivery area code, you only need to fill in the city and postal area code (three digits) 5 digits or 6 digits postal code has not been integrated in the international express system and may not be used for international mail. Example: Kaohsiung 428 Kaohsiung is City name, 428 is regular postal code. districts name is no needed, because the postal code implies its "district" location. @@imhellocasey Hi, I bought in Japan and they are not shipping to Brazil. So I thought about sending it to Taiwan and then sending it to Brazil. It's just an item, for me, not for the company.
