As I understand it - the legislation says a Counsellor of State must be 'domiciled' in the UK. 'Domiciled' means to reside or be based from -- and Harry is 'domiciled' in the United States. Even if he does have a house in the UK, he isn't domiciled there. He needs to be removed as a counsellor of state. Period. Most of us have no problem with him being totally pushed out at this stage. He still sees all this stuff as his 'birthright', which is total bollocks

I don't think they should give Harry a place to stay when he decides to visit the UK. He can get a hotel room like everyone else. Also, the definition of domicile is "the country that a person treats as their permanent home, or lives in and has a substantial connection with". Harry obviously doesn't treat the UK as his home. He even said in the interview with Hoda Kotb on Today that the US was home. If he says the US is home, he doesn't qualify as a Counsellor of State while he resides there. One thing that I think is that the King needs to resolve this situation and not leave it to William to do so. Charles needs to be the one who deals with his son. It isn't William's responsibility.

I really don't understand the British Press obsession with the BRF bringing Harry back into the fold. The BRF is not only better off without them, as you can see it in the polls, but also Harry has not done anything to earn back the trust of the BRF. So, I don't understand this narrative of the press that Charles will only succeed as a King if he brings Harry back, when it's clear that the one who needs the Monarchy to stay relevant is Harry not the other way round.
