I wish this to surround us ALL, but most especially my students, the Queens of Clean and Sober Street Yoga Program in DC…these Queens must heal from some of the most scaring and devastating wounds and trauma that often are so layered that most Black and Indigenous women and girls give up before they even begin the journey. THIS hits to the cells of even the most dissociative experiences. I can’t WAIT to FLOOD them with this TREASURE! A million times the blessings back to you Queen. Ase! A’ho! This will be the ending meditation to my Master Class for the Queens!
