Was the boiler even firing when you pulled the DHW microswitch? Take the thin differential pipes off and blow through them. The microswitch pressure pin is moving out very slow. Clean and replace the cold inlet filter and the return set venuri. 👍

it will fire when tap opeed after 2 to 3 sec pin comes out. both pin should be out one on the front and top one also

some time does take few second delay even pin out slowly then 6 sec or later it depend on the water presure

@@annaiillam6169 It's most probaly a water restriction or could be poor water pressure. If you have a large water bucket with measurements on the size. Open the cold tap full in the kitchen sink or bath to gauge how many litres per minute come out (time with a clock or your phone)water venturi seems to be a common part replacement on these boilers (Google Main part number 24805).

Good video. I have the same boiler and currently have hot water but no heating. Putting it in service mode (to change high/low flame) has got my heating working again however and whilst in service mode it seems fine but the boiler cycles on and of with the flame. Otherwise when you call for heating from the wireless stat the actuator valve opens but the boiler doesn’t respond. No led light on heating. No pump running. Nothing. But when in service mode it’s all working fine and rads warm up. Any idea what’s up with it? Cheers

I cleaned everything as you show,rubber was good. Hot water start working(happy),then one day later it stops work again. Any ideas why?Thanks

Divert valve need replacing maby pipes need cleaning small pipes when tap open it use the pressure to turn on hot water. But this things need to be check gass boiler engineers for safety
