Step 1:main katana Step2:learn shortcuts and also other tricks like wallhopping and wrap arounds you can probably also find some yourself like me Step3:learn to dodge and predict enemys although you cant do it that much in servers with 20 smiles chasing you Step4 optional: p2w and buy knife or just f2p like me Step5:play game more you will gain more experience and become better Thats it idk any more steps

Although you can main other weapons but i feel like maining katana is better since fighting with 10 smilers with branch will end only with 2 smilers then you will be infected meanwhile katana is for escaping although it doesnt mean you cant fight back just get map weapons and use them

Also its good to main it since it lets you do shortcuts that are impossible with other weapons or weaponless
