Man I miss this menu theme, don't get me wrong the operation themes that have come out as late (especially op 5) are really good and go back to the classic days, but this has a strong 'tragic triumph' sorta feel to it.

It's so good. I really love a lot of the stuf Ramin makes, but Gears 4 wasn't as good. I only really liked The Storm. This one already makes me very excited to hear more of the Gears 5 OST.

Gears of war 3 and 5 are the all time favorite. This game its obvious the devs put a lot of spit and love into this game, a great comeback for the franchise after the rushed game 4. You can just tell by the theme that 4 is a memorable legend of a game in the Gears of wars series.

@@LordMaxed no i meant that gears 5 ain't that good, i mean let's just talk about menu theme, i don't want to begin with campaing etc. For me menu theme in all gears was meant to represent something and it always sounded unique, gears of war 1 felt like there was no hope in a very dark world, 2nd game did a very similar one but i also sounded somehow mysterious, well it's gears 2 when we learn about locust origin, gears 3 on the other hand sounds hopefull but still darkish it's justified by fact that in this gears game locust war was ended(at least it looked like that), judgment one was different but still it felt dark, it supposed to be this way for me, gears of war 4 theme sounded like something have returned, something that gives you nightmares(well that theme is called "nightmare reborn") but gears 5? It sounds like some generic war game, seriously, i mean i like this theme, it's neat but it doesn't sound like gears theme, it sounds like something happy is about to happen in some war-like game, it should be much more darker, kind of pike gears of war 2 because in gears 5 we're learning about locust mysteries etc, i think gears 5 campaing was ok overall but i didn't like oper world sections, it's not what gears are about for me

He got really sick shortly after the gears 1 release. Jablonski did a great job in his stead. I still think gears 2 is the best soundtrack, followed by 5. But Kevin Reipl really set the baseline for all of them to work off.
