Maine - Exploring & Eating My Way Around Bar Harbor!

My husband and I visited Bar Harbor in 2018 for the first time and I fell completely in love 🥰. We went back in 2019 and I begged my husband to allow us to move to Maine. Well, we are building a home there and will be moving in August of this year. Im still pinching myself! It’s taken us a few years to save and to see if it would even be possible. It seemed impossible, actually. So much energy, planning, resources have gone into our upcoming move. We are not rich people by any means but we had a dream and we put steps in place to do this crazy thing. About 1246726 things had to fall into place every step of the way and so far they have. Imo, Bar Harbor is the most beautiful town on the eastern seaboard. We won’t be living in BH but about 40 minutes away(close enough).

@@douggibbons8193 This was during the middle of May. We got so lucky with the beautiful weather, all of the locals were saying how unusually warm it was!

For great fresh whole lobsters at a affordable price go outside of town on the way in a look for the lobster shacks along the road.
