Lake water is calming, peaceful and there is nothing like being parked next to it or getting out on it, in it in Maine. This location is the most private on the lake... no neighbors in view, none.. That is so so rare.

The Hot air ducts are on the ceiling they should be Ground level otherwise they are not efficient, Heat rises your losing 60% of Heat through the Roof ..

If you are going to protect the lake, I d start with replacing that 275 gallon outdoor single wall old oil tank! Insurance on those is prohibited!

Have done 1031 exchanges, trades. The hard part with property swaps is what you have what someone else wants? Or is the value of each equal or can you get to a fair swap or not. If there is a mortgage, has to be paid off and timing is everything on doing a swap. PM and can discuss. Money is what is usually swapped.

They use Consolidate Communications... I do too on Drews Lake and get 27 meg, plenty for me. But Pioneer Broadband is coming in with fiber on Drews, in this area.
