Yep. It's a goofy pattern but is deadly on brook trout and I've used it from Maine to Newfoundland. Nice video.

The Golden Retriever was originated by Jim Finn, Virginia fly shop owner, tyer & guide. He still ties & sells the fly at age 82 through the fly shop & online & made a video on how he ties it.
