and on a technical side...with the unit on the left fit inside an ARB Summit Bumper?

titanpat57 Depends on the ARB Summit bumper spec. The best use of that housing is as UV protection when the winch is mostly exposed. In an ARB Summit Bar most of the winch line is covered by the bumper, so we use the smaller control box that just pokes out for controller plug-ins. Our recent Magnetic Gray LC 200 Series build on Instagram is a good example of this set-up.

Made in the USA?

I don't think there are any new "Made in USA" recreational winches anymore. Warn is the only one that still makes winches "Manufactured in the USA with internationally sourced parts". Meaning all the parts suppliers for Warn probably moved out of the USA. Warn still has the best warranty and quality control though.
