You can make Chia seeds pudding in different ways. Like soak chia seeds in milk of your choice. When it turns into gel like consistency then add fruit and nuts or seeds of your choice. You can add little bit of honey too. Regarding Quinoa I just boil in water. The reason is if I want it salty I eat it with whatever vegetables or chickpeas or any Daal is made that day. You can mix it with raw greens, tomatoes and cucumbers and add dressing of your choice. If you want sweet then add some milk and fruit. Here in Canada I use Cashew or almond milk. Hope it helps. Totally healthy and yummy.
