I'm a patient, just recovering from my illness. I came across this video randomly and let me tell you I'm not a cooking fan... Lol, somehow I gathered courage to prep this and it came out really well. My potatoes were just the random ones I had at home..next time if my health allows I'll search for pahari aloo . Anyway everyone liked it...i couldn't have it as I'm not allowed to have high salt diet... thank you...i could bring smile on everyones face....all were exhausted taking care of me since very long.
