I find Midea to be one of the better manufacturers nowadays, they tend to have better QC than the likes of Camair and Comfort Zone and make their motors with open bearings so if you have a Zoom Spout oiler you can stick the tip in the sweet spot and keep them lubricated

I really like how these 20" box fans sound, I wish they were common in England, if I can't find a transformer I might get a box fan, just not a cheap one like this

These are pretty cheap and won't last over time, certainly not worth the price to import one to your area.

1:44 The reason it says that is because it is ETL listed. ETL is another safety testing lab, just like UL. They happen to charge less for testing than UL, and for this reason, a lot of the manufacturers of cheap Chinese products like this prefer them over UL. ETL actually tests electrical products to UL and CSA standards, so that is why it says that on there.

A lot of these plastic imported products smell when they're first opened, it's called 'outgassing'. Usually it goes away in a few days.
