This message was a God send , particularly the last part . I am 1.5 weeks post gastric sleeve and down about 15 pounds ( this includes pre liquid diet loss) but I’m noticing my arms are a bit smaller and don’t want to lose muscle mass.

Wow this is exactly what I needed to hear. I started out doing great with my exercise and 3 months later after I got Covid I got out of my exercise routine and I have noticed my muscles are what they used to be which is scary. My covered episode was mild thank goodness. Dr A you are doing great work out there I love your videos 💖💖💖

I went to the gym and got a training to help me build muscle, he gave me this meal plan though to help me build muscle as well but I cant consume so much since after my surgery. I really want to build muscle to not have a lot of sagging skin. But I just can't intake so much calories. I'm 2 months opt and have lost 25lbs thus far. I've been drinking my post workout shakes though that are high in protein
