I don’t understand the concept of maintenance. Ladki kya handicapped hai jo job kr ke khud ko paal nhi skti. Shame on this law system. I feel now a days men are suffering more than women. This is new start up idea get married put false allegations on husband and his family and get lifelong maintenance pension. Law should be changed. Employee ki death pr bhi company one time compensation pay kr deti hai na ki life time maintenance. Marriage kya koi pension plan hai. I respect my househelper atleast she is working hard for her kids na ki husband pr or maintenance pr dependent. My sister in law she is a shameless creature. In my case wife delhi ki shaadi delhi mein sab kuch delhi mein Hua but case gurgaon mein woh bhi somewhere around 15 din pehle ka rent agreement dikha ke gurgaon court mein 125 crpc and dv kardiya. Sab kuch hogya arguments n all sab bta bhi diya ki delhi ki hai yeh false rent agreement hai n all but judge ne maintenance grant kardi woh bhi almost 1.2years baad. Matlab saaf saaf dikh raha hai ladki side is lying but wohi hai na.

Jaipur family court fixed the maintenance and has also set a timeframe for depositing the maintenance from the date of application being arrears. The court also refused to proceed with the main case till the entire maintenance is deposed as per the time frame set. So the Judicial Courts have also become RECOVERY Officers without going into merits of the case where the wife sits in her parents house out of her own will and volition with the children, deserts the matrimonial home and demands justice by foisting numerous false cases against the husband and depriving the children of love and affection of the father, holding the child for a ransom of huge alimony etc. The culprit behind all these is the wife's mother encouraging her daughter's nonsense only for a fat alimony. Knowing that her cases are false on the face of it and still the court is trying them. The entire system of alimony and maintenance must be scrapped fully. The wife wants to enjoy the wealth of the husband must live with him or revert back to her parental home. The burden of maintaining such women must be given back to parents for wrong raising and integrating family terrorism. I hope the Courts take this thought seriously.

Family court ke order ko setaside karke sambandhi family court per supreme court ke order ka palan nahin karne percontempt ki kaarvayi ki Jana chahie aur Doshi paye jaane per sambandhi magistrate ko seva se bahar Kiya Jana chahie family court ke magistrate sahab ki galti mafi yogya nahin hai aise magistrate Sahab false case jhuthi patniyon ko avaidh Labh pahunchate Hain. Aise faslon se jhuthi mahilaon Ko protsahan milta hai . Aur jhuthe kaison se korto mein sankhya badh rahi hai .

In my view, maintenance issued by Family Court without complying with the guidelines issued by Honourable Supreme Court n also subsequently by Allahabad High court should be set aside n quashed. As regard, action against Family Court judge, Honorable Allahabad High Court has adequate powers n authority to decide on receipt of show cause notice asked by that Court from Family Court. A sincere apology for not repeating similar irregularity in future since there is no vested interest of Family Court generally in most of the cases, n maintenance is granted to ensure that such women are not exploited in the society, while living away from her husband n matrimonial house. After all, law has been made to protect women even though it causes avoidable unnecessary financial burden n harrassment of husband, when such wife is working or having sufficient means but not approached the Court of Law, with uncleaned hand. So, in such cases doctrine of uncleaned hand should also be applied while rejecting maintenance order on the ground of non compliance of guidelines in Rajnesh vs Neha n Parul Tyagi vs Gaurav Tyagi issued in the order n judgment passed by Supreme Court of India.

ye 125Cr.Pc ka Dhara poora band hona chahiye, Gareeb ya cum income wale pati log is 125Cr.Pc ki Dhara se barbaad ho rahe hai, hatta ki ghar-daar, jameen aur jameer bechana pad raha hai. Aaz-Kal ki mahilayen abala nahi hai. O Khud Kama sakti hai, Khud apna maintain kar sakti hai to is dhara ki kya jarurat hai. bachche ka maintenance me bhi patni ka aadha hissa hona jaruri hai. bachche ki jummedaari keval bap ki hi nahi, maa ki bhi hoti hai. Isliye jo bachche ka maintenance ka order hota hai to pati-patni ke beech samaan hissa me bat dena chahiye. Zute mahilaye zute aarop lagakar patiyonse paisa hadap kar maike me baithakar mazaa uda rahi hai. Sir ho sake to is comment ko HC ya SC tak pahuncha dijiye.
