Hello Sir. Under Sec 125 and wholly under false criminal case of 498A package, wife (via 8 year old son) demanded interim maintenance as well as monthly maintenance. Wife is working in MNC with salary of about 1L approx per month. However under Sec 26 ( along with Sec-9 (now not pressed)), husband won the case ex-parte as wife did not attend court. Sec 125 was petitioned after Sec-26 notice was summoned to wife. What advantage does husband have in this regard. Please reply. Many thanks.

interim matntenance ke baad court judgement tabhi de sakt hai jab uss maintenance par dono razi ho....agar husband razi nahi to case evidence ki stage par jayega aur uske baad hi final decide hoga...isme 1 saal tak lag sakta hai...thanks...good luck...

@@LegalGurukul लडका तो देने के लिए तैयार हे । अब ऐसाथोड़ी की लडकी पचास मांग देगी तो देना ही पडेगा कोर्ट को तो ये देखना चाहिए की लडकी चार महीना भी ससुराल मे नही रही दूसरा बात चरित्रहीन लडकी हे जो प्रूफ भी कोर्ट को दिखाया हे तो फिर इसमे लेट क्यूं । ये तो गलत करते है कोर्ट Iकोर्ट जाना मतलब लाईफ बरबाद करना कोर्ट मे न्याय नही मिलता इसका मतलब

Hello....Army main hain to aasan hai....aap army headquarters main aaplication likho ki wo aapko bataye ki aapke husband kaha hai....aur salary attach karne ka bhi likho....aisa ho hi nahi sakta ki wo aapko na bataye....agar application par nahi batate to aap RTI laga do....thanks....good luck...
