Hi dear friend. I have a tedious problem with ricoh 4001. I dend a print on the printer and prints that. But for second print even the exact previous print, the ricoh warning missmatch paper tray. We must then restart the ricoh for print second print and this problems containing for next prints. 1 print=1 restart. Please help us. Appreciated your kind attention before

In this case, the copier has some sc error code but does not show it. You have to enter the service mode and check what error codes are saved in the machine's memory. Then it will be possible to make repairs.
