I appreciate that! We spend a ton of money on our gear, that's why I do my best to keep it in good shape. I agree with nicks and scratches, they add identifying character. Lol

Thanks for sharing. I was wondering about this bag. I might need a couple more shallow pockets with bottoms for pencil, awl, pen, Husky mini ratchet driver, etc, but it looks very handy.

Recently swapped over to this from a Klein tote. Functionality is virtually similar between the 2... It's also a little too heavy once fully packed to be strapping on to a belt. But! It's nice to just be able to strap it on a wall when I'm not using my hand tools.

I bought it because of the potential to hook it to a belt, but never have. I really like that it has a shoulder strap and a kick stand.

Pretty nice setup, definitely helps me out with some ideas. Love the tough built stuff, first found their bags 7-8 years ago and been using them ever since. I do think you could add a couple backup screwdrivers though (😉 LOL)

That vessel driver does look nice, but everytime I try out a cool new ratcheting screwdriver I always end up just grabbing my 8v Dewalt gyro screwdriver (dcf682) people have called it kind of gimmicky but man it's probably been my most used Christmas gift and it's still going strong 8-9 years later. Not very compact though and adding yet another battery platform is annoying

Doyle ( Harbor freight) makes good tools . I like it more than my Milwaukee ( same model you have). I bought them for my under the house pliers strippers and crimpers.

Been working on dwindling it down. My pouches and totes are a constant work in progress. Always trying to tweak my setups for maximum efficiency.

I’m looking to get this bag to essentially create a small go back for home maintenance projects. I have the large 16 tote that I can use to carry the bulk of my tools, but was thinking of turning it into a “feeder bag” where it houses most of my hand tools, and using one of the electrician pouches as my main tool bag, swap out my main tools as needed. How did you decide on which electrician bag to go with? They seem to have several

I do believe they have 2 other electricians pouches. I have noticed a lot of people really like the smallest electricians pouch. My decision on this one was because it was the largest. They also make a "service" pouch that I consider first, but some of the pockets were open ended and wouldn't work for me. The next size down is the journeymans. Not sure if you've seen it or not? That is an excellent idea and that's basically what I do. The second tool bag video I did was on my feeder bag. Hope this helps.

What are the majority of projects you do? I use a tough built electrician pouch. I keep a southwire clamp on multimeter ( more compact than fieldpiece or fluke with more features) , wire strippers( Doyle Harbor freight ) some push button channel locks (Irwin) , my Milwaukee knife( has a flathead and Phillips) a dedicated plane jane flat head ( old beater craftsman) and a Klein multi nut driver. I also clip my m12 surge with Klein multi bit on the front

If you carry that knife into a unit you should also dangle a goalies mask from you bag.

Nope, I can assure you I do not carry it with me into a unit. It stays in my shop.
