I totally agree with her. She said the less I do the better. Cuz of stripping the essential oils! I have had skincare routines when I used face wash, toner, and acne cream. But it was just worse. i think that's a very good tip, that you have to have to treat your skin as a one-off phenomenon, and sometimes the answer is "less". i had very problematic dandruff for years, trying all sorts of exotic shampoos ~ but the answer was to use _no shampoo_ , just conditioner. at least 90% of the time. echoing Maisie's point about preserving your natural oils, and what it can do for your skin.
