Try latafa oud wonder I believe it's called check that one out as well it's pretty good I'm an oud wood fan myself own original Batch from years ago and original bottle..the newer batches are very weak but the clones are almost as good if not longer lasting the the original

Crafted Oud is supposed to be a dupe of Thameem Carved Oud which does have some similarities to TF Oud Wood but has a spicy, green Cardamom/Cypress/Iris that makes it standalone. I have another dupe from a brand Capriole called Thanien Carved Oud and that is good too. 👌

I had Versace Oud Noir but returned it because performance was really poor. For £62 I expected at least 6-8hrs longevity.....i barely got 2 hours! I guess it's been reformulated hence it being discontinued. Crafted Oud is half the price of Oud Noir and a clone of the more refined version of TF Oud Wood, that being Carved Oud by Thameen.

@AseeF I got Carved Oud a while back. It's pretty much oud wood with an added layer, additional longevity and smoothness. Made a comparison vid of the same.

I have several dupes of Oud Wood, I have had several decants of Oud Wood, and my wife owns a bottle of Oud Wood. I love Oud Wood, but I much prefer Crafted Oud. This is actually a dupe of Thameen Carved Oud which is a nicer fragrance than TF Oud Wood.

I agree with this review wholeheartedly. Sometimes we just want a comforting unique masculine niche quality blend with a touch of chocolate sweetness, this is it! In London (UK) Thameen Carved Oud costs £280 for 100ml. My recommendation is Perfume Parlour's Cut Wood 1935 travel size at 30ml (£11) and/or 50ml (£18) - this can be a daytime signature scent at 3/5 sprays. Then when you want to turn up the intensity and sillage go to Maison Alhambra Crafted Oud (£29 100ml) three sprays plus Perfume Parlour's Cut Wood 1935 three sprays and you'll get the best unique fragrance and value possible for less than £60! I've honestly never had more compliments or interest in a fragrance as it's so unique, especially considering the low cost. 👍

You cant go wrong with either but in my (novice) experience Woody Oud is more intense, strong wood whereas Crafted oud is more of a fresh oud. Crafted Oud smells more casual and bright uplifting whereas Woody Oud seems more of a formal, serious type of scent. I might buy a backup of Woody Oud too as I already have backup of Crafted Oud.

One of the better buys of 2023 for me. It's really close to TF Oud Wood. Opens just like Oud Wood (after the alcohol hit). The performance isn't great but for a quality Oud Wood clone for $23?! Easy buy, and I'd do it again. Other winners this year: Armaf Club de Nuit Urban Man Elixir - It's strong like I want it and, to me, a better fragrance than the OG classic Sauvage. Lattafa Khamrah - I've never smelled Angel's Share but I'm in love with this fragrance. I probably have diabetes now because of the candy sweetness. From the same line? Amber & Leather is great! Kismet for Men is also good. I like Peach and the Tabaco Vanille clones but they were in that underperforming area. Alhambra Porto Neroli was a winner though. It's 4711 with some actual power, and only $10 more.

Their “woody oud” is the Tom ford clone. This frag is a dupe of Carved Oud, which is in the same space as Oud Wood but goes in it’s own direction.

Splitting imagine of Thameen’s Carved Oud, as well as the fragrance’s smell, too…including its longevity, lol. For the price, it’s a STEAL. And Carveed Oud is a more elegant clone of Oud Wood, so it all comes full circle. And you were correct, sapphire is blue, the blue gem. All of Thameen’s bottles come in that beautiful sapphire bottle.

Too many fragrances and choices to pick from in all price ranges, so if a fragrance doesn't last people are gonna complain and they should.
