A fabulous and haunting melody which the singer and band pull off whilst retaining a sort-of Frankie Valli sound,....echoey lead vocal with girl back-up singers !! Quite simply a stunning chart pop record which sounds better now than it probably did back then but stuff like this was coming in all too short supply of by the end of that decade....and the rest,unfortunately is history !
