A fabulous and haunting melody which the singer and band pull off whilst retaining a sort-of Frankie Valli sound,....echoey lead vocal with girl back-up singers !! Quite simply a stunning chart pop record which sounds better now than it probably did back then but stuff like this was coming in all too short supply of by the end of that decade....and the rest,unfortunately is history !

Great song and Steve Wright is undoubtedly a twonk. It's funny that the band and the backing singers dressed in their retro 60s gear look much cooler than the audience in those dreadful 80s fashions.
