Assalam alaikum bhabi..... Mera naam Sharfuddin aur main Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) kaam karta... aaj maine yeh meethi aur bade ka keema banaya tha but aap ka salan toh bahjut bright hai aur mera toda dark red color hogaya.... saath hi main toda kadua taste lag raha hai.... please aap advise kare........ aap explain karne tarika bahut aacha hai.... thank you

Walekumassalam Sharfuddin ji. Aapnay shayad methi zyada layli hogi aur palak kam, isiliyen kadwa lag raha hoga thoda.

Aur jahan tak brightness ki baat hai wo lights ka farq hota hai. Saath Haldi aur baqi masalay ki quantity say bhi colour dark hojata hai, ya pyaz zyada laal agar hogai ho to.
