I almost died on this river a few years back. It was late December and I was fishing one of the only open holes as most of the river was frozen. I heard crashing sounds up river and when I looked I saw the whole river was ice boulders flowing towards me. A large section of ice upstream broke and the whole river went from open to flowing with 1000 lb ice Boulder all the way across the river. I had a gopro on and as I get out of the water I turn around and you can see giant boulders flowing hard past where I just was. Had to climb a hill that had a rope tied from top to bottom and was shocked when I got up to safety. The entire river was flowing with giants ice boulders.

I can see u have commented on a number of videos getting upset about people calling great lakes rainbows steelhead. Relax and enjoy the beautiful fish we have here

Brookie, ha get it a trout. Well I guess it a char, don’t want to get you all hot and bothered again 🤒. Anyway Brookie, thank you for brining up this extremely important point. I mean where do these people get off calling these things steelhead. Think of consequences that could come from calling these fish steel head. Well come to think of it I can’t really find any consequences but I’m sure you can come up with some Brookie. Anyway I think the important thing to take from this, is that with all the crazy things goin on in the world at this moment people need to take some time out of their day to get angry about what some other people call a fish
