Also if you are intrested in Jiddu Krishnamurti"s teachings but fail to understand, My videos may be helpfull.
I have lived my life never conforming to what the society says and tries to impose, "the man made artificial truth".
Which has somehow led me to discover there is no self to expierence the truth. A state full of Love, Joy and Ultimate freedom inwardly.
I am not here to help anybody achieve truth because nobody can be helped to truth but I speak against all helps as When you feel utterly helpless,
not going anywhere on the path of truth, and that you cannot achieve truth hence you become silent, Then the truth is.
This being said is to be realized in ones core Which brings about love and freedom.

Directly you can’t tell that the me/thinker is false, it’s true no doubt.. but it will disturb the psyche of the person who listens it for the first time .. one has to dig down in its own thinking .. because if you tell directly that the me is false .. an image gets created regarding to it .. and it tries to protect the truth

Self is not in the thoughts. Self is different than 'I'. It's not the 'aham bhava' or ego. It's not the 'Karta-ahankar'-- the thinker, the controller. Self is the silent, unaffected, tranquil part of mind. Pure consciousness/awareness is about to experience it. And it happens when one loses the aham-bhav, one gives up all of one's Karta-ahankar--the thinker, the controller.
