The first thought which any woman gets in this situation is of breast cancer. And rightly so, as breast cancer is the number one cancer amongst Indian women. It accounts for 14% of all cancers among women.
But remember , most of the breast lumps are actually benign and not cancerous. But it's important to be aware of the facts, to know your risks and take the preventive steps.

This is the best content I found for fibroadenoma, I have multiple fibroadenomas with BIRADS 3 few of them are greater then 3cm so i can say this is the best content to educate people, initially i was searching a lot for such content which can guide me but did not find one so whatever i learned is from my doctor. Here in the UK getting to see a doctor is vertualy non existent. I found a breast lump 5 weeks ago and was told by the receptionist that I can't see a doctor as they're only doing life threatening emergency. So what's the point of doing self examinations to spot things early?????

I am breast feeding mother, but one of my breast got lumps and I tried removing out the milk by hand pressing as suggested but a nurse in hospital. Now due to heavy hand pressure breast area became black and it’s about to start the infection - I consulted my gynaecologist, she told to get a scan of breast. I have multiple FAs with BIRAD 3 since I was 15-16 yo n now I'm 24.
