I'm watching you machine parts on your lathe while waiting for my CNC lathe to finish machining my parts. Your parts look so much nicer. Like always great job. 🙂

Oh yeah, nice part Chris and cool manifold in the end. It's always cool to see where a part ends up in the assembly. Not always feasible.

Whoa, that's one impressive manifold. As always, your machining is exemplary and a delight to watch. I don't believe I have ever seen an insert light up like that! Thanks for another excellent video. Have a peaceful Sunday.

That seems like a good lot size to make the setup worthwhile without it being endlessly repetitive.

I have recently found your channel, and I'm enjoying immensely. I've been binge-watching a lot of your videos, and I find myself amazed that you don't get many forgings!? This actual job is crying out to be made from a forging. Obviously, it doesn't matter to you; but you would think your customers might actually want to keep their costs down! 😁🤣. Cheers.

You ever notice how if you keep heating an iron alloy that you eventually burn off all those pretty coloured oxides and progress into the bland blue grey shades?

nice job. are you using conversational to program the cutting or you load the file? if conversational is used, would be nice to see one complete job, even if its simple for you .
@ChrisMaj
@ChrisMaj 10 ай бұрын
Probably 80% of my programming is done in conversational. I do have a few videos with some programming in them. I thought about making a video about the fanuc manual guide, but a lot of people I've talked to would rather use G-codes than conversational programming.
