So what the MCU did with that Infinity Stone scene is just like in the comics, the Infinity Stones don’t work outside of their designated universe. So for instance if you take the Infinity Stones from Earth-1610 (The Ultimates Universe which the MCU is inspired by) and bring them to say Earth-616 (the main Marvel comic universe) the stones won’t work there. However the stones shown in that scene in the drawer could be from other Variants the TVA has apprehended that came into contact with the stones and took them out to reset the timeline, then making those stones useless. Plus the TVA exists in the Null Time Zone which exists outside of space and time. The TVA and the 3 Time Keepers were created and put in power by He Who Remains, who was a TVA Agent that survived the previous multiversal cycle

the problem is in the MCU (Multiverse = Multiple universe) are actually these multiple branched timelines. Sure the Avengers took the stones from the past of the same timeline "the sacred timeline" but we wont be getting these separate universes in the MCU. But we'll see what happens

@@markcruz359 The Avengers created an alternate branched timeline by going to the past, and took the stones from an alternate timeline. In Endgame, we figured those timelines would still exist but wouldn't branch out of control cause Cap went to clip the branches by returning the stones, but here it seems like the TVA would just delete the timeline afterwards anyways.

We have to remember that the Loki we're seeing only got as far as the Avengers first movie...he hasn't gone on the redepemption arch we have seen in the movies yet. Totally agree that series will showcase the more emotional side,or a deeper look into, Loki. Something will go wrong though, since this series has ,or at least is to have, a bigger impact on the upcoming multiverse the MCU is going for. Looking forward to it all 😊

You want to google lady Loki, when Asgard was destroyed all of the people’s souls were put into new bodies and they didn’t remember who they were so Thor had to find them, Loki’s soul somehow got put into a body that was originally meant for Lady Sif and he was a woman for a period of time. Loki has always been his own worst enemy (good call, Josh!), so this is very fitting for a Loki-centered show. Also...is he setting out to do good? Sure the TVA tries to keep the sacred timeline flowing down one path but it doesn't mean that characters in the present dont have choices or free will. Your decisions in the moment will dictate the outcome of your future. Whether you choose to call it free will or predetermined future thats a personal choice. Even Doctor Strange saw 14,000,605 possible outcomes. He tried to see how many different decisions or plans they can make to win. The choices we make also rely on what outcomes we want to achieve. The only reason people are assuming we dont have free will is because we're viewing the show from a past variant of Loki and we've all seen his entire life up to this point.

I think at the end of the series, as payment for Loki helping them, they will let him go back and live all those events with the knowledge of what’s to be… maybe allowing him a way to trick Thanos and thus stay alive past his previous death, which could then maybe lead to a surprise appearance in Thor 4. Episode 5 airs just before Black Widow's premiere, with episode 6 airing at the tail end of Black Widow's first week. But I agree, I think they moved Loki to Wednesdays so it wouldn't interfere with Black Widow's opening day.

They advise writers to "write what you know" like something you do all the time. What the writers at MARVEL do all the time is write time lines, and dictate what characters do and say, so it looks like those writers embodied themselves as the Time Keepers and are writing down what they do all the time, anyway. Definitely, mo-meta (or just what happens when you run out of ideas and have to start looking at what happens to be in reach).
