Fixing my LG W1941S 19" Monitor

It decided it wanted to be a bit sluggish turning on. A bit like me in a morning - it needs a bit it time to get going (and maybe a couple of cups of coffee).
So I delved into it to fix it. I had a good idea what might be wrong with it. Was I right?

Thank you for uploading this, liked and subbed! I have an LG FLATRON 19” similar to yours but it just displays no signal message, none of the buttons seem to work anymore, I’ve tested in several laptops and desktop computer but still not working, any suggestions?

Hello i tried open the display and ALL right i get the sucess, only fault the repair on the display i am Go ahead the peaces for the reapair.
