By the way, you’ll notice I’m wearing white slippers on this home tour; it’s to preserve the cleanliness of the house. This mansion is well taken care of and looks good as new!

The most annoying fact of the presentation of houses for sale in the Philippines is the anonymity of the selling price of the property being shown. In the US, any house advertised on videos, magazines or newspapers includes the selling price, but in the Philippines the price is almost not mentioned, that's so annoying and wastes everyone's time. It's like shopping for an item and not knowing the price and just proceed to paying for the merchandise after talking to a cashier for the price. That's very ridiculous!!!!
