I don’t know if JULIA is an architect, engineer or interior designer as she excellently discusses/ describes parts of the houses. And boy, the choices of words used is so perfect. I think when featuring a home with the owners or household staff inside to cover all the spaces in the house they should consider to get out first before you roll the camera. Para naman makita maige ang bahay na gusto nila e benta kesa to skip becoz they're lying around the house walking in and out.

Your producer should provide you someone to do your hair for every episode. while i'm not a fan of super big houses this one though has a certain charisma to it which i love the design of the house (modern industrial feel to it) though i would add a small patch of dirt for garden all them home grown veggies and all extend the pool a little bit it would be a relaxing get away house... now if only i had $4M CAD 🥲
