Optic relies on talent it’s why they’re inconsistent and then if they make good plays it’s just a bonus. FaZe on the other hand have great plays/fundamentals and their talent is just a bonus. Same with Ultra when envoy is playing well. Im an optic fan but they’ve relied on talent for years that’s not the winning combination at all.
