Unfortunately, we haven't yet identified how to prevent hair changes, such as telogen effluvium, that can sometimes happen with isotretinoin. Fortunately, most of these hair changes tend to get better after completing the course of treatment.

Thank you for the suggestion and for supporting the channel. I discuss azelaic acid in some of the rosacea and acne in pregnancy videos. Hopefully can put together a more dedicated video on azelaic acid at some point.
